I give the Kiwanis Club of Kenneth City, Florida (the Club) permission to photograph and video record my child at Club programs and events, and to use those photographs and recordings in the ways I have checked above. This includes sharing them with Kiwanis International, the Florida District of Kiwanis, and partner organizations when they cover Club events.
The Club will never publish my child's last name, school, home address, or contact information. If I have not allowed first names, my child will not be named at all.
Neither I nor my child will be paid for these uses, and I am not required to give this consent to take part in Club programs.
I can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing info@kennethcitykiwanis.org. The Club will stop new uses right away, and will take down what it controls online. It cannot recall materials already printed or shared by others.
This consent lasts until my child turns 18 or I withdraw it, whichever comes first.
I release the Club, its members, and its volunteers from claims related to the uses I have agreed to here.
